Set the safety valve should pay attention to the following points:

(1) the container with gas, liquid two-phase material when the safety valve should be installed in the gas phase.
(2) When the shut off solenoid valve is used to vent the flammable liquid, the outlet of the safety valve should be connected with the accident tank. When the material is high temperature combustible material, the receiving container should have the appropriate protective equipment.
(3) the general safety valve can be vented on the ground, venting should be more than 1 meter above the operator and should not be toward 15 meters within the open fire location, sparks and high temperature sprinkler equipment. Indoor equipment, container pneumatic solenoid valve vent should be led out of the roof, and more than 2 meters above the roof.
(4) When the safety valve inlet has a blocking valve, the blocking valve should be in the normally open state, and to be sealed, so as to avoid mistakes.
