Installation considerations gas safety valve

1, the installation directions: Make sure the gas valve mounted horizontally, and the direction of the arrow solenoid valve body surface with the gas medium flow direction consistent with the solenoid valve head upright.
2, pipeline media: should be clean and free of particulate impurities, and non-corrosive. If necessary, install a filter in front of the solenoid valve.
3. Installation Environment: Indoor or outdoor rain facilities. Ambient temperature -10∽ + 50 ℃, relative humidity 5-95%.
4, the operating space: Make sure the solenoid valve in manual operation there is sufficient room for maneuver, and leave the space required equipment maintenance. General solenoid valve top space height should be more than 20CM.
Power connection: from within the explosion-proof lead frame leads to the power cord. Proceed as follows:
(1), completely loosen the lock nut, cover the surface of the lead screw the M5 set screw, lead screw off the cover to expose the built-in terminal.
(2), the RVV0.75 * Type 2 wires through the lock nut and the lead cover is connected to the built-in terminals, tighten the screw pressed line.
(3), tighten the wire cover, tighten its surface M5 set screws, completely tighten the lock nut. Instantaneous power test, the solenoid valve shall be able to move the action.
